How do we help them focus on their understanding of what being a professional teacher is?

What are the factors effecting motivation and CPD after PGCE pass into the first and second years of teaching?

I went to a creative event about talent called Shine a few months ago and met Neil Winton and Drew Buddie. Neil and Drew are such prolific bloggers! The event was really good and shine week went well but I an hoping to take a fuller part next year as timing was bad for us.

I am going to relaunch this blog on my own server as I have better control over plugins etc. I hope that I will be able to blog more and try to get some discussion going?
The sad demise of eduspaces has meant that I have to move blogs from the excellent network that was set up there.
I have tried to RSS export my blog posts and this has worked to some extent but needs some work so apologies for the scruffiness.
